Shipping and Delivery

When you complete your order, your order will be added to My Orders section on My Account page. You can follow the status of your order at any time from this section.

If you encounter any problems during the ordering process, you can contact us at [email protected]  e-mail address.

You can only cancel your orders by sending information to us at [email protected]  before the product is delivered to the shipping company.

Your orders are shipped by Yurtiçi Kargo.

When your products are shipped, an e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address that is registered in the system.

The shipping company is responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation. For this reason, when your order is delivered to you, we kindly request that you open your package next to the cargo officer and make sure that the products coming out are undamaged. In case of any damage to the product, ask the cargo officer to keep a report and take the product back and inform us as soon as possible at our [email protected]  e-mail address.
